RESERVATIONS

All your requests of information, reservation, and calculation will be answered in less than 24 hours. We accept requests by email, fax, phone, or web-site.

VISA SUPPORT

Visa support letters are issued immediately upon your tour booking confirmation. (!) Visa support is free of charge!

PRICES

All rates in this brochure are published ones for TOUR AGENTS and TOUR OPERATORS as described in Notes at pages with the Rates and include local taxes. Prices of requested packages are calculated in less than 24 hours and are exclusive for Tour operators.

PAYMENTS

The advance payment of at least 80 % of tour cost is required unless special conditions have been established with TOUR OPERATOR in contracts, agreements etc.

CANCELLATIONS AND EXTRA CHARGES

As a general rule we always try to keep cancellation charges as low as possible as well as charging for changes of the confirmed itinerary. In this respect special conditions may be established with TOUR OPERATOR.

ASSISTANCE - COMMENTS - COMPLAINTS

In case of emergency, all passengers may contact advised emergency numbers. Any complaints should be filed in writing within 10 days after the tour returns home in order to process any claims.

EXCLUSIVE TAILOR MADE TOURS

If you want your own tours, organised, produced and handled by us, but only sold by your company, we guarantee that those special tailor-made programs will not go around anywhere else and are really exclusive for your region and/or country.
