Business visa can be from one month to one year long. It can be also multiple which allows you to enter Russia unlimited number of times during a certain period. Business visas are processed first in russian by Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Visa support is an invitation issued by the Ministry. It takes not more than 30 calendar days (officially) to process the visa in the Ministry and only after visa support is received you can apply to the Russian consulate.

We need following information from you to apply for invitation:

• First name(s)
• Last name(s)
• Sex
• Date of birth
• Passport number
• Passport date of issue/passport expiry date
• Citizenship
• Country of birth
• Country of current habitation
• Full name of company client is working in with address, phone and fax numbers
• Position
• Purpose of visit
• Cities to be visited in Russia (up to 5 places)
• Date of entry to Russia
• Type of visa (single, double, multyple)
• Russian Consulate where the visa will be picked up (name of the city)
• Passport copy
