     It is positive that Expocentr entered a new stage of its development in 2002. Construction of the new pavilion # 7 (with total floor space of 29,000 sq m) has simultaneously become the final stage in the history of an "old" complex and the first stage in the history of a "new" one. Now Expocentr's Fairgrounds is second to none in Eastern Europe in respect to size, facilities and services.

     The most significant fact of Expocentr's development is the growing number of international events, exhibitors, visitors and specialists. We also cannot help noticing the ever growing participation of various Russian regions. It's not a secret that not too long ago the main Russian expositions were represented by Moscow and St. Petersburg. These cities have possessed huge experience, resources and range of products.
