“Seliger – blue eyes of Russia”
Blue eyes of Russia – that is how Seliger was called by our predecessors. Extremely beautiful natural landscapes and great structures of the Russian cultural and religious life are supplemented with a miracle of the Russian Nature – Seliger Lake. Odd contours of its bank line resemble a cross and multiple islands. There are about 160 of them conceal the lake real sizes.
Nilova-Stolobenskaya hermitage tour – the unique nature and artistic complex, the Volga river source tour – the Great Russian River very begging, Ostashkov down-town tour – ancient Russian town and many other objects. Tour duration is – 3 hours 50 minuets.

08:40 am - passengers checking for flight and boarding at helicopter Mi-8P at airport Myachkovo
09:00 am - takes off from airport by helicopter Mi-8P. You will observe the “Land of thousand lakes” beauty of Russian northern nature from the altitude 150 meters. Continental breakfast, hot and cold drinks are provided during the flight.
11:05 am - landing at the airport close to village Volgoverkhe (Upper Volga) and Volga river source.
Walking tour is unclouded to the Volga river source. People try to find out the Volga begging all the time and do believe that it is the Saint place.
12:35 pm - flight to the Stolobny Island
13:00 pm - landing at 500 meters to the Nilova-Stolobenskaya hermitage. The walking Monastery tour is included along the pilgrim’s way – duration is 1 hour. Private time is 30 minuets. You can climb the Monastery bell tower for video and photo of Seliger lake panorama during 30 minuets of your free time.
14:45 pm - the substantial lunch at restaurant “Svetlitsa”.
15:30 pm - boarding at helicopter Mi-8P.
