Dear Mr. Michael / Ms. Oxana, Greetings from TUI !!! Thanking you for arranging an EXCELLENT TRIP for our valuable Corporate in Russia. We all had a wonderful time and the guide which you had given in St. Petersburg & Moscow was excellent who had done a good job in explaining on destination and taking care of the group. Also need to appreciate the driver in St. Petersburg who was very cooperative and very helpful to the group members. The only complaint on the tour is as below. 1. No coffee machine / kettle in room 2. Misbehave from Manager of Tandoor Restaurant, so we were forced to change the restaurant on last minute to U-Prichala (Guide Ms. Alena is aware of it) Also please do send the final invoice at the earliest for us process the payment and to close the file.
